At Simply Balanced Cosmetic Clinic, we built this practice on a simple belief: that every person who walks through our door deserves to be genuinely heard, thoughtfully assessed, and clearly guided — not steered toward a treatment they don’t fully understand.

Dr Jeremy So founded Simply Balanced because he believes cosmetic medicine should be held to the same standard as the rest of good medical care: honest, careful, and centred on the patient in front of you.
His background is broad. Alongside cosmetic medicine, Dr Jeremy works across general practice and areas including mental health, weight management, and complex chronic conditions. That whole-person training shapes how he approaches cosmetic care — looking at the context behind a concern, not just the concern itself, and considering lifestyle and wellbeing alongside any treatment.
He takes a deliberately conservative, focused approach. The clinic offers a small number of treatments by choice, with real depth of experience in each, rather than a long menu. And he holds to a simple ethic: do no harm, and bring genuine benefit — in balance. Sometimes that means treating. Sometimes it means waiting, or doing nothing at all. He’ll always tell you honestly which he thinks is right for you.
It’s an approach built on trust — and it’s why so many patients choose to keep their care here over time.
